Jitendra Damade's journey is one of resilience, continuous learning, and purpose-driven growth. Born into a lower middle-class farming family in a small Indian village, educational opportunities were limited — after Class 5 there was no school in his village for higher education, making every step of his academic journey a challenge.
A turning point came when he was selected for the Eklavya Model Residential School. Yet after school, he faced the same struggles millions of young Indians live through today — career confusion, financial constraints, lack of guidance, and repeated setbacks. Instead of giving up, he chose to keep learning and moving forward.
He went on to complete a Bachelor's in Electronics & Communication Engineering and a Master's (M.E.) in Communication Systems. Along the way he overcame serious health challenges — an experience that led him to embrace yoga, disciplined living, Ayurveda, and holistic wellness as lifelong principles.
Through years of perseverance, competitive examinations, research, and continuous self-improvement, he was selected as an Assistant Executive Engineer at ITI Limited, one of India's leading public sector technology organisations. His passion for growth continues through learning in leadership, artificial intelligence, data science, and emerging technologies.
These experiences inspired him to establish THE ROOTS — a mentorship initiative dedicated to helping students, aspirants, and young professionals gain career clarity, build future-ready skills, develop discipline, and achieve financial independence through structured guidance and practical action.
